I've been trying to quit smoking for what feels like forever, and I recently came across Nicotine Polacr 4mg Mint Lozenges. These are a type of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) that helps you quit smoking by providing nicotine to your body without the harmful chemicals found in cigarettes. This helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings, making it easier to stop smoking. I've heard mixed reviews, and I'm a bit hesitant to try them. I've seen the list of side effects, especially the urgent ones, and I'm not sure if they're worth the risk. Anyone have any personal experience or insights on these? I'd love to hear how the lozenges worked for you.

I had some really bad dreams while using these. It was weird. I don't know if it was the nicotine or just my mind playing tricks on me.

I swear by these loosenges. I've tried patches and gum but these were a game changer. They helped me quit cold turkey after just a couple weeks

I had some irritation on my tongue where I kept the lozenge. It was annoying, but not too bad.

I found that the mint flavor was a bit strong for me, but I got used to it. The lozenges definitely helped with the cravings, and I didn't experience any major side effects.

I didn't have any issues with the lozenges, but I did have some bad dreams. Nothing too crazy, just weird. I would definitely recommend these to anyone trying to quit smoking.

I wouldn't recommend these for someone with a high blood pressure. I had to stop because of some severe headaches and dizziness.

I think these would be great for someone who wants to gradually reduce their nicotine intake. Start with the higher dosage and gradually lower it until you're off nicotine completely.

Be careful with these. I had some really bad side effects like chest pain and dizziness. It was scary. I had to stop using them and just quit cold turkey instead.

It's important to remember that everyone's body reacts differently to nicotine replacement therapy. If you experience any of the urgent side effects, seek medical help right away.
