I've been dealing with a persistent case of jock itch, and my doctor prescribed Nystatin Top Pwdr 100,000 30gm. I've heard it can be really effective, but I'm also worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone else used this? How did it work for you? Any tips on how to apply it effectively or avoid side effects? Looking for any personal experiences or medical insights out there!

Does anyone know if it's safe to use while pregnant? Just curious if there are any risks.

Nystatin worked for me, but it can be pretty intense to apply. I found the best way was to sprinkle a bit on the area then gently rub a small amount into the skin. I did notice a lot of irritation, but I guess that's normal and it worked.

I've used it for athlete's foot and it cleared right up. Just make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and apply it as directed. I think after 2 weeks I was all cleared up.

I used this stuff for a bad bout of diaper rash with my kid. It cleared up within a week. Just make sure to apply it liberally and keep the area dry.

I found that keeping the area really dry and applying this stuff twice a day helped clear up the rash quickly. I guess it's best to use it right after a shower or bath. I just wish the powder didn't seem so greasy.

The best way to apply it is to sprinkle a little on the affected area and gently rub it in. It might feel a bit odd, but it works really well. I've had no issues, but I always make sure to wash my hands and keep the area dry.

I had an allergic reaction to Nystatin when I applied it to a rash. Hives and swelling all over. I had to stop using it immediately and I'm definitely going to stay away from this stuff in the future.
