Has anyone used Ofloxacin 0.3% Eye Drops for a bacterial eye infection? How was your experience?
I was recently prescribed Ofloxacin 0.3% Oph Soln 10ml for a bacterial eye infection and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. I've heard mixed reviews about this medication. Has anyone else used it? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Did you experience any of the urgent side effects? How effective was it for you? Any tips on how to make the application process less messy? I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I didn't experience any side effects, but the drops did make my vision blurry for a few minutes. Just be careful driving or doing anything that requires clear vision after using them.
I had a terrible reaction to this stuff. My doctor had to switch me to something else. Definitely monitor for allergic reactions.
I had a friend who got a severe skin reaction from this. Be careful and if you notice anything weird, stop using it and go to the doctor.
It worked for me, but the drops sting a bit. Just a heads up!
I wouldn't worry too much about the side effects. They're rare, and if you do get them, you'll know it's time to call the doctor. But it's good to be prepared.
Ofloxacin saved my eyes from a nasty infection. No major side effects here, just follow the doctor's instructions.
I had some mild irritation, but it was worth it to get rid of the infection. Just make sure to finish the course even if you feel better.
I used Ofloxacin for pink eye last year. It was pretty effective, but I did have some burning and irritation. Nothing too bad though. Just make sure to keep your hands clean when applying.
Burning is normal at first I think. Just don't rub your eyes after putting the drops in.
I've used it a few times and it's always worked for me. Just be careful not to touch the dropper to your eye or anything.
