Has anyone used Ovace Plus 10% Shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis? What's your experience?
I've been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for a while now, and my dermatologist prescribed Ovace Plus 10% Shampoo. I've read about the potential side effects, which seem scary, but I'm hoping it will clear up my scalp. Has anyone else used this shampoo? If so, what were your experiences, especially in regard to urinary related side effects? I'd love to hear any tips or warnings. Especially, how long it took to see results and if it really helped. Thanks in advance!

I've had a bad experience with it. I had a horrible rash all over my body after using it for a week. I had to stop immediately and go to the doctor. I think it's worth a try but be very careful. Worst case scenario, you might have to go to the ER.
I had a similar experience with a rash, but mine was more on my scalp. The itching was insane. I thought it was worth it because it's not supposed to happen. But if you see any of these symptoms, stop using it immediately
I've had bad experiences with sulfacetamide before, so I was hesitant to try this. But I'm glad I did. It cleared up my seborrheic dermatitis in no time. It’s much better than topicals. No issues with liver problems, and I’m feeling much better than before. I strongly recommend it.
I used it for a few months and it worked wonders for my seborrheic dermatitis. It did cause some skin irritation at first, but it went away after a week or so. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and don't overuse it. It's pretty strong stuff.
I've been using this shampoo for about two weeks now, and it's been a game-changer. My seborrheic dermatitis is almost gone, and I haven't experienced any side effects. I'm hoping it continues to work for me. Fingers crossed!
I've been using it for a month and it's been great so far. No side effects and my scalp finally looks normal again. I'm so happy that this finally worked for me. Will keep using it for a while to make sure it doesn't come back.
I've had no issues with it so far. It's a bit drying, but that's expected with sulfacetamide. I just make sure to moisturize my scalp afterwards. It really helps with the itching and flaking.
I used it for a week and had to stop. I had a mild case of lupus. It was scary, but I'm glad I caught it early. Seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of the side effects.
Be careful with this stuff. I had some pretty bad side effects, including some dark urine and feeling very tired. I had to go to the hospital. I'm not sure if it was worth it. Maybe for some people it's ok, but not for me.
