I’ve been using Pramosone for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been a mixed bag. It definitely helps with the itching, but I’ve noticed some dryness and minor irritation at the site of application.
Be careful with steroid creams. I had this problem with another steroid cream, and I got terrible stretch marks when I used it all over my body. It may not apply to this specific cream, but it's something to keep an eye on. It might be worth asking your doctor.
Not sure, but the side effects list is pretty long! Maybe this is the reason why this medication might be prescribed cautiously?
I've been using it on and off for a few months, no issues so far. But I always do a patch test before applying it all over just to be safe.
