I've been prescribed Prednisolone AC 1% Ophth Susp 5ml eye drops for some inflammation after a recent eye surgery. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the serious ones. I've read that it can cause changes in vision and severe eye irritation. Has anyone else used this? How did it go for you? Did you experience any side effects? And if so, did they go away on their own? I've been looking for reviews and personal experiences but haven't found much. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I had a pretty bad reaction to these. I started getting hives and my throat felt tight. Had to stop using them immediately and go to the ER. Not fun. I would suggest being very careful and stopping if you feel any of the bad side effects.

I had a headache that lasted for a couple of days after I started using these. It was manageable, and I just took some over-the-counter pain relievers.

I used these for allergic conjunctivitis. They helped a lot with the redness and itching, but I did have some changes in taste for a while. It was weird, but it went away. Just make sure to shake the bottle well before each use.

I've used these a few times and never had any issues. Just make sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and don't use more than prescribed.

Why do they always have to list all the crazy rare side effects? It's scary. It's like they want you to have a heart attack thinking about them.

I had a weird sensation like there was something in my eye. It was annoying, but it didn't last long. I just made sure to use the drops exactly as prescribed.

Serious question: can these drops affect your ability to drive or operate machinery? I need to know if I should avoid these activities while using them.

I wish they had given me more info on the side effects before prescribing these. It would have been nice to know what to expect.
