Our drinking water doesn't have enough fluoride, and I want to make sure my kid's teeth are strong and resistant to cavities. I've been using Soluvita. I was nervous about the side effects, but honestly, we haven't had any problems. My daughter actually likes the taste, which is a plus. We mix it with a little water and give it to her in a small cup.
