Just tried it for the first time last night and it helped a lot with my indigestion. Really effective!
I've been using this for years whenever I get an upset stomach. Never had any issues with it, but I always follow the instructions on the bottle to the letter.
It's great for travel. I always pick up a bottle before I go on vacation, just in case. The travel-sized bottles are really handy.
I've used Stomach Relf a few times for diarrhea and it works like a charm. The only thing I noticed was my stool turned black, but the doc said that's normal.
I had an allergic reaction once when I tried it. The first signs were a rash and wheezing. It scared the crap out of me.
