I've been on this for a couple of years now. It's drastically improved my muscle weakness and sex drive. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and keep an eye out for any unusual changes. I did notice some mood swings at the beginning, but it's stable now. It's worth it.
I had a friend who had to stop using it because of some severe side effects. He had a lot of mood swings, but it could have been a different batch or interaction with other medications. Everyone's body responds differently, so it’s worth consulting your doctor regularly.

Be careful with the application site. I had some irritation at first, but it went away once I started applying it to a different spot each day.
