I've been having some issues with constipation lately and my doctor recommended the Ready-To-use Enema 133ml. I'm a bit nervous about using it because of the potential side effects listed. Has anyone here tried this enema? How was your experience? Were there any side effects, and if so, how did you handle them? I'd really appreciate any advice or shared experiences. Thanks!

I had a really bad reaction to it. Ended up with severe cramping and had to go to the ER. I'd be careful if I were you.

I had a friend who used it and ended up in the hospital with kidney issues. It was scary. I don't know if it was caused by the enema but it's something to consider.

I've used it and it always gives me a headache. It's manageable but not enjoyable. Maybe try something else if you tend to get bad headaches.

I've never heard of that enema but I'm sure it cleans you out really well! Good luck with whatever you decide, buddy!

Sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Maybe try some natural remedies first, like prune juice or fiber supplements.

I used it before a colonoscopy and it worked like a charm. No side effects for me, but I did feel a bit bloated afterwards. Nothing too bad.

I had no issues at all. Just make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards. I think dehydration might be the cause of some side effects mentioned.

I used it a few times and it was fine. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully. You don't want to end up with a mess!

I tried it once and it was terrible. I got hives and itched all over. It was horrible. I’d stick to stool softeners if I were you.
