I found that using the drops exactly as prescribed helped a lot. No side effects for me, and the infection was gone in a week.
I used these eye drops a few months ago and they worked wonders for my eye infection. The swelling and redness went down quickly, but I did experience some eye irritation initially. It was bearable though.
I had blurred vision for a while after using them, but it went away after a few days. Overall, the drops helped with the infection and inflammation.
Just a heads-up, make sure you clean your hands thoroughly before using the drops. Contamination can cause more issues.

Be very careful with these drops. I had a nasty allergic reaction with hives and swelling around the eye. It was scary, but I recovered after stopping the medication.
