I've been struggling with extremely dry, scaly skin on my hands and feet for months now. My dermatologist recommended Urea 20% Cream 85gm, saying it should help soften and moisturize the affected areas. I'm a bit hesitant to try it because I've had bad reactions to topical medications in the past. Just curious if anyone else has used it and if it worked well or if any of you have experienced any significant side effects. Thanks!

I really wish my doctor had warned me about the sting. I thought something was terribly wrong the first time I used it.

I've had great success with this cream. I use it only at night, so my skin can absorb all the moisture. It can sting a little at first, but it goes away quickly.

I don't understand why anyone would complain that this stuff works too well. It's given me a whole new appreciation for soft skin.

I use it on my feet and it works wonders! No side effects so far. Just make sure to moisturize afterwards.
