I've been considering trying Ustekinumab-aekn (Selarsdi) for my autoimmune condition. It's supposed to help reduce inflammation by blocking IL-12 and IL-23, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Has anyone here used this medication? I'd love to hear about your experience, both good and bad. What should I watch out for? How do you handle the injections? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated! Also, I'm curious if anyone has had to deal with the serious side effects and how they dealt with it. Your stories and advice could make a big difference for me as I decide whether to start this treatment.

I had a really bad reaction to this drug. I broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. It was scary. I had to stop taking it immediately.

I've been on it for a year now and it's been a game-changer. No more constant fatique and joint pain, same injection site irritation that is common but I barely notice it

If you're considering this medication, make sure to talk to your doctor about all the potential side effects. It's important to be informed so you can monitor your health closely.

I've been on this medication for a few months now and haven't experienced any major side effects. Knock on wood! But I will say that the injection site irritation was a bit annoying at first, but it goes away.

This is a life changing drug if you have psoriatic arthritis. It worked for me. But I had to deal with some serious side effects at first.
