I've been reading about Adzenys XR 3.1mg ODT Tablets, a medication used to treat ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults. It's an extended-release orally disintegrating tablet that helps improve focus, attention, and control impulsive behavior. I'm curious to know if anyone here has tried it and what their experience has been, especially regarding side effects. I've seen a list of serious side effects, such as allergic reactions, high blood pressure, and UTI symptoms, but I'm more interested in hearing about personal experiences. How has it helped with ADHD symptoms? Have any of you experienced any of the less severe side effects like feeling dizzy, tired, or having dry mouth? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I tried Adzenys XR, but I had to switch because of the high blood pressure symptoms. I felt like I was having a heart attack constantly.

My kiddo has been taking Adzenys XR for a year and it's helped him stay focused but he has noticed that he feels jittery and a bit shaky sometimes after taking this. Sorry to hear about your experience.

I didn't experience any major side effects, so I think I'm lucky! I did get a little nervous and excitable, but it wasn't too bad. My doctor told me it's normal during the first week. I think I just need to stop drinking coffee.

I started taking Adzenys XR a few weeks ago and I've noticed that I feel really tired and weak sometimes. It's definitely manageable, but I wish I didn't have to deal with it. I hope it goes away soon. I also had a bad taste in my mouth for the first week, but that stopped after a while. I just wish there was a way to hold my tongue better. Maybe I could chew some good breath mints to cover it up.

So, is it safe to take Adzenys XR if you have a family history of heart problems? I'm hesitant to start it because my dad had an abnormal heartbeat, and I'm worried about the risk. Right now, I'm just noticing the odd dry mouth, not a full blown heart attack. I feel like I should let my doctor know in case the dosage needs to be lowered.

Adzenys XR has been a lifesaver for me. I've been able to focus better at work, and my impulsive behavior has definitely improved. I did experience some constipation and stomach pain at first, but it went away after a while. I also got a weird UTI early on, but I think that was from mixing this with some new supplements I started taking. I just stopped the supplements. I don't think it was the Adzenys XR causing it. But I could be wrong.

I've been on Adzenys XR for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my focus. The side effects weren't too bad at first—just some dizziness and a dry mouth—but they went away after a couple of weeks. I don't remember when I last had a UTI, but I would rather deal with a dry mouth than with it.

I'm curious if anyone has found any remedies for the dry mouth. I've been drinking water like crazy.
