Have any of you tried Rhofade 1% Cream for rosacea? What's your experience been like, good or bad?

I've only been using it for a week, but I've noticed no change so far. Maybe it just hasn't had enough time to work. But, I do worry about the side effects. Has anyone experienced any of the severe side effects like changes in skin color or numbness?
