I've been taking One Daily Multi-Vitamin Tablets for a few months now, and overall, I've felt pretty good. However, I've noticed some green-colored stools, which I know can be a side effect. I just want to ask, has anyone else experienced this, and should I be worried? I've read all about the important vitamins and minerals they contain, and the supplement helps fill the gaps in my diet, which is great, but I can't shake off this weird side effect. By the way, these tablets seem to be a big hit with my friends too. My friends and I noticed that the intestinal cramps are debilitating at a times. I just want to know if it is just a normal thing when taking these tablets..

I went to the ER last week because I was vomiting blood. Turns out it was from the iron in my multivitamins. Scary stuff, folks.

I'm not too sure about this one.... I'm thinking of switching to a different multivitamin with no iron. But side effects are not a good sign!.

I've heard that taking vitamins with food can help reduce side effects like upset stomach. Might be worth a try!

I actually love these vitamins. No side effects here, and I feel great. But I do take them with a meal, maybe that helps.

Ugh, I had the worst diarrhea after taking these. Never again for me.
