Help! I'm on Diclofenac Sodium 75mg DR Tablets and feeling overwhelmed by the possible side effects. How many of these are serious and when should I be worried?
I was prescribed Diclofenac Sodium 75mg DR Tablets for my arthritis pain, and I'm a bit overwhelmed by the long list of possible side effects. I've never taken a medication with so many warnings, and I'm not sure what to look out for. How many of these side effects are serious, and which ones should I be worried about? Are there any other warnings that I might not be aware of?

I don't know much about this, but I have a bad feeling about the high blood pressure stuff. As in, I don't want to take any NSAIDs because I don't want the blood pressure issues. Maybe I'm being paranoid. Just wanted to share.
Has anyone had any issues with kidney problems? I've had a few problems with my kidneys so I'm a little paranoid. The list of side effects is pretty scary, is it worth the risk of taking things like this?
I know someone who had to switch to another NSAID because of stomach ulcers. Just remember, if you experience any of the serious side effects, go to the ER. Don't wait around.
It's weird how different everyone's experience can be. My mother takes it religiously for her arthritis and has never had any issues. I wish my pain was so easily managed.
I had a bad reaction to this and my doctor switched me to something else. As always, talk to your doctor if you're worried, but don't take this lightly. People aren't kidding when they say it can be life-threatening.
