Help! Just started Rebif 44mcg/0.5 Ml Syr (6ml/pkg) for MS and feeling overwhelmed. Any tips or similar experiences?
I was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) and my doctor prescribed Rebif. I've been doing some reading and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the potential side effects. I've just started the injections and I'm struggling to cope with the flu-like symptoms. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with this medication. Are there any tips for managing the side effects? Should I expect it to get worse before it gets better? Are there any diet or lifestyle changes that have helped you cope? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in mind!

Rebif was a game-changer for me. It's tough at first, but trust me, it gets better. I found that taking mild pain relievers and staying hydrated helped with the flu-like symptoms. Hang in there!
I just started Rebif too, and I'm already feeling the side effects. I wish someone had told me how tough the first few weeks would be.
I've heard that some people find that rotating injection sites helps with the pain and irritation. Worth a try if you're struggling!
This is a tough one, but remember, you are not alone. There are so many of us going through the same thing. Stay strong!
