Hello, everyone. I'm new to managing asthma and recently started using Budesonide 0.25mg/2ml Vials for my nebulizer. Can anyone share their experience with this medication? How often do you use it, and have you noticed any significant side effects? I'm curious to know if it's made a difference in controlling your asthma symptoms. I have to use it every day, even when I feel fine, which is a bit confusing since I'm used to taking medication only when I'm symptomatic. Any tips on sticking to the routine would be great!

I found that I felt a bit groggy sometimes after nebulizing, so using it in the evening helps.

I've been using Budesonide for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my asthma control. I use it twice a day, morning and evening, and it's really helped reduce my symptoms. I did experience some mild throat irritation at first, but it went away after a few weeks.

I have to admit, the list of possible side effects is a bit scary. Has anyone experienced anything really serious like Cushing's syndrome or adrenal issues?

That's a great question about needing to use it even when feeling well. The idea is that the medication helps prevent attacks by keeping inflammation down, so even if you feel fine, it's still working to control the underlying issues.
