I'm thinking of using Bupropion ER 150mg to finally quit smoking. I've tried everything so far, but the nicotine cravings are always too much. I start seeing some scary side effects in the description, including severe allergic reactions and changes in behavior. I'm a bit worried, and I'd like to know from people who've used it. How does Bupropion ER 150mg actually help you, and how bad are the side effects? What other experiences someone should know about?

The side effects I had were pretty mild. I felt a bit jittery at first, but after a couple of weeks, it went away. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions and see if this is the right medication for you.

For me, the worst part was the weird dreams. I would have these vivid, almost nightmarish dreams every night. But the cravings were so much easier to deal with.

My doctor recommended regular eye exams while on it. Luckily, I didn’t have any problems, but it’s something to keep in mind.

I had a friend who took Bupropion and had some serious side effects, including hallucinations. She had to stop taking it immediately, but it’s definitely a rare case.

My doctor warned me about the seizures too. It's not super common, but it can happen. If you have a history of seizures, it's probably not worth the risk.

The worst part was the insomnia. I would wake up in the middle of the night and be unable to go back to sleep. But it did help me quit, so overall, it was worth it.
