I've been prescribed Lisdexamfetamine 50mg Capsules for my ADHD. I know it's a prodrug that turns into dextroamphetamine, but I'm curious about how it affects the brain and if anyone else has experienced significant improvements in focus and attention. Has anyone tried it for Binge Eating Disorder as well? I've heard it can help with impulse control, but I'm not sure what to expect. Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

How long did it take for you guys to see results? I've been on it for a week and feel nothing yet.

I've read that it can cause serotonin syndrome if you take it with certain other medications. Be sure to tell your doctor about all the meds you're on before starting this.

I was prescribed this for BED and it's helped a lot with the impulsive eating. I've lost some weight and feel more in control of my eating habits. Be cautious and keep an eye on your heart rate though, I've felt mine speed up a few times.

I've had some really bad side effects with Lisdexamfetamine. I got a really bad rash and my doctor made me stop. Might be worth checking if you have any allergies before committing to it long-term.

I heard it's important to take this on an empty stomach. The absorption can be affected by food. Just a heads-up! It's worth doing some research on your meds, not everything your doctor tells you (like me).

This medication can be really helpful, but it's important to monitor your blood pressure regularly. My doctor told me that high blood pressure can be a serious issue with this medication. Talk to your doc about it.

This stuff worked wonders for my ADHD but I had to stop because of the weight loss. It was crazy, I lost 15 lbs in a month and didn't even realize until I saw my clothes weren't fitting. Be careful if you're worried about weight.
