I've been looking into different prenatal vitamins and came across Nestabs One Softgels. It seems to have a good balance of nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, Vitamin D, and DHA, which are all pretty important for pregnancy and breastfeeding. I also like that it doesn't have Vitamin A, which can be risky in high doses during pregnancy. I'm wondering if anyone has tried them and how they compare to other popular brands like Nature Made or Rainbow Light. Any recommendations or personal experiences would be super helpful!

I switched to Nestabs One from another brand because my doctor recommended it. The folic acid content is perfect for preventing neural tube defects, and the iron helps with keeping my energy levels up. Just make sure to take it with food to avoid any stomach issues.

I've been taking Nestabs One for a few months now and I think it's great. My baby is thriving and so am I. Plus, I don't have to take a separate DHA supplement, which is convenient.

Nestabs One is good, but I found a store brand with the same ingredients for half the price. Just make sure to check the label! Not a good idea to skimp on prenatal vitamins though!

I had to stop taking Nestabs One because it gave me terrible heartburn. It's a shame because I really liked everything else about it. Maybe it's just my body being weird, but I'm sticking with Nature Made now.
