I've been prescribed Oyst-Cal 500 W/vitamin D Tablets for bone health, and I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this supplement. How effective has it been for you? Has anyone experienced any of the side effects mentioned, such as upset stomach, constipation, or even the more serious symptoms like high calcium levels? I'm particularly interested in hearing about long-term use and any benefits or drawbacks you've noticed. If you're also taking any other supplements or medications, I'd love to know how they interact with Oyst-Cal. Let's discuss!

I had a bad experience with this supplement. I took it for a few weeks, and I started feeling really tired and had a constant headache. My doctor ran some tests and said my calcium levels were too high. I stopped taking it immediately, and it took a while before I felt better. Be careful if you decide to take it.

I take Oyst-Cal as a part of my daily supplement regimen. It’s helped me immensely with calcium absorption. I combine it with a good diet and regular exercise. The only issue I’ve had was an upset stomach at first, but it subsided after a week. Now, I'm good to go!

What dosage are you all taking? My doctor prescribed 1 tablet daily, but I'm wondering if anyone takes more or less based on their needs.

Oyst-Cal was a game-changer for me. I had been dealing with chronic constipation, and after starting this supplement, it completely disappeared. My doctor noticed that I was able to absorb calcium much better, and my bone health improved dramatically. I recommend talking to your doctor about it, but it's been fantastic for me.

This supplement has been great for my elderly mother, who has osteoporosis. She’s tried a lot of calcium supplements, but this one really seems to work best for her. No side effects either.

I was scared to take this after hearing horror stories, but it's been fine for me. I definitely feel stronger overall, especially since I have a long history of bone issues.
