I've been taking Hydralazine 50mg tablets for a few months now to manage my high blood pressure. They've been effective, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. The tablet is orange, and I've noticed some side effects like headaches and dizziness. Are these common? I'm also worried about the more serious side effects like signs of lupus. Has anyone else had any issues or concerns? How should I approach this?

Just make sure you’re not taking any other medications that could interact with Hydralazine. Always check with your pharmacist or doctor.

I had a similar experience with headaches but nothing severe. My doctor said it's pretty common and suggested taking the pills with food.

I have a friend who developed a rash. Turns out it was an allergic reaction to the medication. She had to stop taking it and switch to something else. It's scary stuff. Stay vigilant!

Don't let the side effects scare you too much. Many people take Hydralazine without issues. Keeping a log and talking to your doctor regularly can help manage any concerns.

I've had some mild dizziness, but nothing too serious. Just make sure to get up slowly from a sitting or lying position to avoid any dizziness.

Don't forget to report any side effects to the FDA. It helps them keep track of common issues and can lead to better advice for future patients.

I wish they'd make these pills in more flavors. Orange isn't always the best taste, but then again, I guess meds are supposed to be unenjoyable.

I've been on Hydralazine for a year now. Initially, I had some upset stomach issues, but they went away after a couple of weeks. Make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor if symptoms persist.

Be cautious and monitor your blood pressure regularly. Hydralazine can cause your blood pressure to drop too low, which can lead to dizziness and fainting. Always follow up with your doctor if you experience any severe symptoms.

If you're worried about lupus symptoms, it might be worth discussing alternative meds and monitoring with your doctor. It's always better to be safe, especially with rare but serious side effects.
