Hydromorphone 16mg ER Tablets are an opioid medication used to treat severe, ongoing pain where other pain medicines are insufficient. As an extended-release tablet, it slowly delivers medication over 24 hours, but it is reserved for those already accustomed to opioid pain medicines. Like other strong opioids, it comes with numerous potential side effects, some of which can be life-threatening. You should get a second opinion before you take this medicine. I've heard of several instances of severe side effects that were not reported correctly by the doctors. This stuff is serious.

Has anyone else noticed changes in their menstrual cycle or fertility issues? I've been on these for a few months and it's been a real concern for me.

Hey everyone, just started taking these and they're working wonders for my chronic pain. Just worried about the side effects though. Is anyone else experiencing any unusual ones?

Seriously, if you feel any severe constipation, it might be a sign of a serious bowel problem. Trust me, it's not fun to deal with and it's better to catch it early.
