I had no idea that long-term use could cause hormonal changes. I've been on this for a while, and I've noticed some changes in my menstrual cycle. I guess I need to talk to my doctor about this. I'm wondering if I should continue if it will impact my fertility.

I've been on Hydromorphone for a few months now, and the side effects have been rough. I get constipation and a dry mouth. Drinking lots of water and eating fiber-rich food (lots of veggies) has really helped with the constipation, but it's still a battle sometimes! Plus, drinking slowly has helped a lot with my dry mouth.
