I've been using Cytotine Liquid for about a week now, and I've noticed a slight increase in my power and endurance during my weightlifting sessions. I know creatine is generally safe, but I'm curious about the liquid form specifically. Have any of you tried it? I've heard it mixes better with beverages. I'm also a bit concerned about potential side effects since it seems like there could be serious ones. Any tips on how to avoid them or mitigate them? And does anyone know if it's better than other forms of creatine?

I've been taking Cytotine Liquid for about a month and haven't experienced any side effects so far. I love how convenient it is to use. It tastes a bit funky, but nothing unbearable. And the results have been great. Hope it continues.

I had no idea creatine could have such serious side effects. I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. I'll make sure to keep an eye out for any allergic reactions.

I switched from powder to liquid creatine and noticed a big difference in how easy it is to take. No more mixing issues or clumping in my protein shake, but I wish I could find more flavor options.

I've been using Cytotine Liquid for a few months now, and I've definitely seen improvements in my strength and muscle growth. I mix it with my post-workout shake, and it tastes fine. Just make sure to stay hydrated, as creatine can draw water into your muscles.
