Ifosfamide 3gm/60ml Inj, 60ml: Sharing Experiences and Side Effects
Hello everyone, I've been prescribed Ifosfamide 3gm/60ml Inj, 60ml as part of my chemotherapy treatment. I'm looking for any insights or experiences from others who have used this drug. The possible side effects seem extensive and I'm trying to prepare mentally and physically. If anyone can share their stories, tips for managing side effects, or any other advice, it would be greatly appreciated. How do you manage the more dire side effects like heart problems or liver issues? Thanks in advance!

I had a friend who had a friend who died from Ifosfamide. Don't take it lightly. Listen to your doctor and if something feels off, trust your gut and get to a hospital.
I'm on round two and it's a struggle. The fatigue is real, but I'm pushing through it. Stay strong everyone!
Ifosfamide kicked my butt, literally. Got some muscle twitching and weirdly some ringing in the ears. Doctor said it's rare but possible. Just keep track of everything you experience.
I was on Ifosfamide for a few months. The worst part was the nausea, but Mesna helped a lot with the bladder protection. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. Good luck!
I can't believe how much this stuff messes you up. I had no idea it could cause heart problems. Stay safe everyone.
I'm on my third cycle and so far, so good. Just a lot of nausea and vomiting, but the doctors gave me some good anti-nausea meds. Make sure to talk to your oncologist about managing side effects proactively.
I didn't experience any severe side effects, but I did have some dizziness and fatigue. Make sure you have someone to drive you to and from appointments.
