I'm a nurse who's cared for patients on Imdelltra. Always keep an eye on their breathing and urinary issues. Any signs of infection, we have to report them immediately. But overall, the people who responded well to it had a much better outlook.
I think the key is regular check-ins with your doctor. They can catch the serious side effects early. I had some mild stomach upset, but my doctor adjusted my meds and it cleared up. My liver function was good.
I've been on Imdelltra for a few months now. The tiredness and muscle pains are tough, but I've had no serious side effects yet. Fingers crossed it keeps working!
