I recently started using Imvexxy 10mcg Vaginal Inserts to treat vaginal dryness and painful intercourse post-menopause. I've been using them for about a month now, and I wanted to share my experience and see how others have fared. The inserts have definitely helped with the dryness, but I've experienced some side effects like headaches and bloating, but nothing too severe. I'm curious to hear from others who have used Imvexxy. Have any of you experienced any of the more serious side effects? How long did it take for the inserts to start working for you? And, most importantly, has anyone's doctor recommended a different treatment if Imvexxy didn't work out? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I'm glad I found this thread. I was just prescribed Imvexxy and was a bit nervous about the side effects. Thanks for sharing your experiences—I feel a bit more at ease now. I'm wondering if anyone has tried other treatments and how well they worked?

I've had mixed results with Imvexxy. It definitely helped with the dryness, but I experienced some unexpected side effects like hair loss and tender breasts. My doctor advised me that these side effects can be normal for some people. I ended up switching to a different treatment because the side effects were quite bothersome.

I think it's important to mention that everyone's experience with this medication can vary widely. What works for one person might not work for another, and vice versa. If you're experiencing severe side effects, definitely talk to your doctor about alternative treatments. My doctor even mentioned that in some cases, lifestyle changes like diet and exercise can help alleviate some of the symptoms.

I've had some serious side effects. I've been experiencing severe headaches and changes in my eyesight, which I reported to my doctor. I've been taking this for four weeks, and it's been a nightmare. I went back to my doctor, who was surprised by my reaction. She is switching me to a different type of estrogen replacement treatment. I'm curious to know how many other people have a similar reaction to Imvexxy.

Anyone else feeling like they're in a constant battle with their body since menopause started?

I haven't had any issues with the inserts but I have changed to using a lower dose of them because my doctor thinks it will help with the side effects. I'm glad to see that people are finding them helpful, but it's definitely important to be aware of the potential side effects.

I wish I could say the same! I've been using them for a couple of weeks, and I'm still experiencing quite a bit of discomfort. How long does it usually take to see results, and should I consider switching to a different treatment?

I've been using them for a few months now, and while they've helped with the dryness, I've noticed some vaginal itching and discharge. I'm not sure if it's a side effect or something else. I definitely need to talk to my doctor about this. I was also wondering if anyone has had issues with the therapy?

I've been using Imvexxy for about six months now, and it's been a lifesaver. The dryness was so bad that sex was almost impossible, and I had constant itching and discomfort. The best part is I haven't had any side effects, but my doctor did monitor my blood pressure and liver function during the first few months of treatment. Took a while for the severity of dryness to calm down but the improvement has been very noticeable.
