I've been prescribed Indomethacin 25mg Capsules for my arthritis and it's been a game-changer for pain management. However, I've been a bit worried about the potential side effects listed in the leaflet. Has anyone else had bad experiences with this medication? How did you manage them? It's also mentioned that anyone with a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding issues should avoid this drug. I've had ulcers in the past, but my doctor said the benefits outweigh the risk. Has anyone else on this sub had similar advice?

I've been on Indomethacin for a while now and I've had no issues. Just make sure to keep an eye on your symptoms and stay in touch with your doctor. I know someone who had bad side effects, but they were able to manage them by switching to a different NSAID.

I was on Indomethacin 25mg Capsules for a few months and it worked wonders for my gout. But yeah, the side effects were no joke. I had some pretty bad stomach issues, but my doc switched me to a lower dose and I was fine. Just make sure to keep an eye on them, especially if you have a history of ulcers.

I've had some crazy vivid dreams on this stuff. Anyone else?

I know someone who had bad side effects, but they were able to manage them by switching to a different NSAID. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital because of severe skin reactions from this drug. Scary stuff. Take it seriously, folks.
