Intuniv 4mg (guanfacine Er) Tablets: My Experience with ADHD Medication
So I've been taking Intuniv 4mg (guanfacine ER) for about three months now, and I thought I'd share my experience. This is the medication that really helps me focus and control my hyperactivity. The extended-release feature is great. I feel more calm and focused without the need for taking it multiple times a day. That said, I've had a few side effects, including dizziness, and a lot of drowsiness. It's a bit of a trade-off, but overall, it's been a positive experience. I've been dealing with that by taking it earlier in the evening. What about you all? Are there any other side effects that you've encountered?.

I started Intuniv a few months ago and I've had some issues with sleep disturbances. Anyone else deal with this? I've tried adjusting the dose time, but it hasn't helped much yet.
Intuniv has been a blessing for my ADHD, but I wish the side effects weren't so bothersome. Anyone else have any tips for dealing with the side effects? Especially the dizziness; I have to be careful climbing stairs.
I had to stop taking Intuniv because of severe dizziness. It was scary, and I'm glad I sought medical help right away. Just a reminder to everyone to be cautious and report any urgent side effects!
