Be careful with the side effects! I had a friend who had a bad reaction to this medication. She started getting blisters and a fever—pretty scary stuff. Make sure to read the leaflet and keep an eye out for any warning signs. Other than that, it's been great for me too.
I've been using Ipratropium Inhal Soln 30 X 2.5ml for about a month now. It's helped a lot with my chronic bronchitis. I use it twice a day, as prescribed. It's not a miracle cure, but it definitely makes a noticeable difference. It does have a rare side effect of a temporary bad taste in the mouth, but it goes away after a few minutes. I wish they made a version that doesn't have that taste. I do not feel any of the flu like symptoms.
I've never had an issue with severe side effects. If you experience any, you should definitely seek medical attention. Otherwise, I think it's a really helpful medication.
