Is anyone else experiencing side effects with Tekturna 300mg Tablets?

I was recently prescribed Tekturna 300mg Tablets for high blood pressure. It's worked great for keeping my blood pressure under control, but I've been dealing with some pretty annoying side effects. Just wondering if anyone else here is on Tekturna and has experienced similar issues!

I tried Tekturna but it made me feel so weak and dizzy. My doctor switched me to something else and it’s been so much better.

Be careful with this stuff. I know someone who ended up in the ER with an allergic reaction. Definitely keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms.

I had really bad dizzy spells when I first started taking Tekturna. It got so bad that I had to stop driving for a bit. My doctor lowered the dosage and it's been much better. Worth talking to your doctor about.

I've been on Tekturna for about a month now and haven't had any issues. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about adjusting your dosage or trying something else.

I think you should check it out with another doctor if you feel your doctor isnt checking out your full medical history. Was it checked? Were you tested for other problems that might be interacting, or worsening symptoms? Like a bad kidney?

I've been on it for a while and the only side effect I've had is some mild diarrhea. Nothing too bad, but it's annoying. I've heard there are some pretty serious side effects, so make sure to keep an eye on that and talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.

I feel you. I had to switch to a different medication because the Tekturna was making me so dizzy. It was awful, especially since I have to drive for work. It's worth trying to find something else that works better for you.

Yeah, my mom was on Tekturna and she had terrible stomach problems. Her doctor switched her to something else and she's been much better. Might be worth looking into.

It's important to stay in touch with your doctor about any side effects. My friend had to go to the emergency room because of Tekturna, and it was scary. Monitor everything closely and report back to your healthcare team.
