I've been using Cutivate 0.05% Cream for a few months now to manage my eczema. It's been a lifesaver in terms of reducing redness and itching, but I've also noticed some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or knows more about the potential side effects of this medication. Cutivate contains fluticasone, a strong corticosteroid, and it's supposed to calm down the immune response in the skin. It seems effective, but I'm a bit worried about the long-term effects. Has anyone tried other treatments or had any success with Cutivate for psoriasis? Also, what are your thoughts on the side effects, especially the more severe ones like signs of a weak adrenal gland or Cushing's syndrome? I know these are rare, but it's still a bit scary.

Did you guys know that Cutivate can cause changes in eyesight? I've been using it for a while and recently started feeling like my vision was off. It's definitely something to keep an eye on.

I've had a similar experience with Cutivate. It works great for my psoriasis, but I've noticed some thinning of the skin in the areas where I applied it. I'm not sure if this was a side effect of the cream or if it was just my skin being really sensitive.

I've been using Cutivate for a couple of months and it's been a game-changer for my eczema. I started applying it twice a day as directed and the redness and swelling went down significantly. However, I did experience some burning and stinging when I first started using it, but it subsided after a week. It's definitely worth it for the relief it provides. Just be cautious with the application and make sure to follow the dermatologist's instructions.

yeah it's helped my eczema a ton but I'm not sure about the skin thinning. Might need to go back to my dermatologist and discuss alternatives.

I think the burning and stinging is normal when you first start using it. My doctor told me it should go away after a few days. I've been using it for a couple of months now and haven't had any serious side effects. It's been really helpful for my eczema. It's worth noting that I did try a different steroid cream before Cutivate and it didn't work as well. The fluticasone in Cutivate is strong and effective. Also important to note - if anyone gets a bad reaction to this stuff, I think you should be monitored by your dermatologist. It's a good idea to call them. If you aren't getting better, don't just wait for it to go away. It's possible that you may have an infection or need a different treatment.

Warning: if you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, like rash, hives, or trouble breathing, you should seek medical attention immediately. It's not worth risking your health over a cream. I did some research and apparently signs of skin infection are pretty serious too, so keep an eye out for any oozing, heat, swelling, or redness.

So many side effects, even though they're rare. I feel like I need to be a doctor to understand all of this.

I've read through the side effects list and am a bit worried. I have a history of allergic reactions, so I think I'll skip this one and try something else. I'm surprised this cream is even prescribed, considering the potential side effects. It's pretty scary.

I've had really good luck with Cutivate. Cutivate was a lifesaver for my psoriasis. I can't believe all the crazy side effects. They sound like stuff that happens in horror movies. My doctor said not to worry too much about them - they're very rare. But always good to be aware!
