I had a similar experience with the headaches. I tried to tough it out, but after a few days, I couldn't take it anymore and talked to my cardiologist. I’ve been on Isordil for a couple of months and the only side effect I've had is mild dizziness, which goes away quickly. However, I've had a couple of friends who experienced more severe side effects. They reported dizziness which made them light-headed to the point where they had trouble standing. Thankfully, their doctors adjusted their dosages and they felt much better. So, if you are having issues, it might be worth talking to your doc.

Be careful with these meds. I had a friend who ended up in the ER because of severe allergic reactions. It was scary, but luckily, he got the treatment he needed. Sounds like a good idea to report it if you experience something like that. Here's the site: https://www.fda.gov/medwatch.
