I've just been prescribed Lodosyn 25mg tablets to help manage my Parkinson's symptoms alongside levodopa. I've read about the potential side effects, but I'm still feeling a bit overwhelmed. The serious side effects list is quite long and concerning, especially the potential for allergic reactions or changes in mental health. I was really worried about the potential for hallucinations or changes in behavior because I've always been very level-headed. Turns out, I've had none of those issues so I'm just keeping an eye on any changes in my mental health.
Just curious, how long did it take for the side effects to subside for those of you who experienced them? I'm hoping mine will go away soon, if any show up at all.
I was scared about the changes in body movements that could happen, but I didn't have any issues at all. Just wanted to say that the side effects aren't always going to be as bad or as frequent as they make it seem.
I've had some strange dreams since starting Lodosyn. Not sure if it's the medication, but it's definitely been weird. But hey, side effects aren't always awful!
