I've been vegan for years and have to take B12 supplements. I never experienced any issues with these.
What's the best way to take these tablets? Should I take them with food or on an empty stomach?
My doctor recommended sublingual B12 tablets instead of the regular ones. Said they are absorbed faster under the tongue. If you're getting these, just let them dissolve under your tongue.
Be careful with these. I had a friend who had a bad reaction, including some of the serious side effects like chest pain. She had to go to the hospital.
