I've come across Niacinamide 500mg Tablets and I'm intrigued. It's a form of Vitamin B3, which helps convert food into energy and supports healthy skin, nerves, and digestion. Sounds great, but I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone here taken these tablets? Were there any adverse effects? I'm curious to know if it's worth trying out. This is all new to me and I want to make sure I'm well-informed before I start taking them. Should I take the daily dose at night or during the day? How was your experience?

Niacinamide is great for skin health and acne treatment. My dermatologist recommended it for me, and I've seen a real difference. It's worth checking out, but definitely keep an eye on how your body responds. flushing can be weird. If you have any questions, just ask your doctor and they can help you get started. I think I'm gonna take it for my skin but at what dose?

i had no idea this was a thing. I've always just taken regular B vitamins. Anyone know the difference?

What about liver problems? Is that a real concern or just something they have to list?

I took Niacinamide for a few weeks and it was good. I didn't have any major problems! Just be careful. My doc said that liver problems are super rare, but if you get any major symptoms, go to a hospital right away. I did read about it and it's something to be aware of.

Anyone have any experience with flushing or is it not that bad?

isn't it better to get your vitamins from food?

Honestly, I started taking them a few months ago and they've been great for my skin. It's noticeably clearer and healthier. Just be aware of the flushing side effect. I took some Advil before my first dose and it helped a lot!

I've taken Niacinamide for a while, and while I don't have any big side effects, I did notice a bit of flushing the first few times I took it. If you take an aspirin 30 minutes before, it should help prevent it. Just be careful if you're prone to allergic reactions—the potential side effects can be scary. Always good to have a doctor on standby!
