Ivermectin 0.5% Lotion for Rosacea: My Experience and Questions
I've been struggling with rosacea for years, and my dermatologist recently prescribed Ivermectin 0.5% Lotion. I've read that it can help with the redness and bumps, but I'm a bit nervous about the possible side effects. Has anyone else tried this? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Also, what should I do if I start to feel any irritation or burning? Should I stop using it immediately or give it some time? Any advice would be appreciated!

I had some burning sensation when I first started using it, but it went away after a week or so. Just make sure to moisturize well and avoid doing it on a daily basis if you can.
I've been using Ivermectin 0.5% Lotion for a few weeks now, and I haven't noticed any side effects yet. I've also been taking probiotics to help with the dryness, and it seems to be helping a lot.
This stuff is a lifesaver! I've tried so many creams and lotions, but Ivermectin is the only thing that has made a real difference. Just be patient and give it time to work.
Ivermectin lotion sounds like a miracle drug. I wish I had known about it sooner. I'm curious, though, how does it compare to other rosacea treatments like metronidazole or azelaic acid?
I've been using Ivermectin 0.5% Lotion for about a month now, and I've seen a significant improvement in my rosacea. The redness has gone down, and the bumps are much less noticeable. I did experience some slight irritation at the start, but it went away after a few days. Just make sure to apply a thin layer and avoid sensitive areas like the eyes and mouth.
