I've been on Juluca for a few months now, and overall, it's been a game-charger in terms of convenience. Just one pill a day is a huge improvement over my old regimen. But I've been experiencing some weird side effects, and I'm not sure if they're normal or if I should be worried. Has anyone else dealt with this? Also, I'm curious about the long-term effects. Anyone have any insights or advice on how to manage the side effects and stay informed? My doctor was a bit vague about the long-term outlook.

I've been on Juluca for a while and have experienced some of the more severe side effects like skin reactions. I got really freaked out by it, but my doctor told me it's relatively rare. I can't believe it took so long to get these issues listed in the package insert! If you experience anything like that, don't wait to seek medical attention.

I've been on all sorts of HIV meds but this has been the easiest by far—has anyone else made that switch? My main gripe is that the pill is a bit big. I can’t get over how different it is to my other pills.

I don’t know, I'm super worried about this new regimen. I've just switched from my old one and am freaking out a bit. Keeping my head on feels like the worst thing right now. Will there even be long-term effects?

Yeah, the side effects were rough at first. Headaches, diarrhea, and feeling super tired. But they went away after a few weeks. I agree, the convenience factor is worth it, but be prepared for the initial rough patch.
