Hey everyone, I just got my Recombivax HB vaccine today. I've heard a lot about Hepatitis B and how serious it can be, so I wanted to get protected. The nurse said it might cause some mild side effects, but I'm hoping it doesn't. I'm really curious about what to expect in the next few days. Did you experience any side effects after you got this vaccine? What was it like? Was it worth it? Any advice for me? Thanks in advance for your stories, I really appreciate it.

I got mine a few months back and it was pretty straightforward. Just a bit of soreness at the injection site and a mild headache. Nothing too bad.

Just got the jab today and my arm is killing me. Otherwise, feeling fine. Hoping it goes down soon.

I wish I had done more research before getting this one. I had no clue about the potential side effects.

I never had any side effects and I'm a nurse, I can't risk it. I did feel really tired (but I was also nursing a cold at the time).

I didn't have any side effects at all. It was like nothing happened. But I do know someone who had an allergic reaction, so be careful and stay aware.

My kid got this one and he was irritable for a day or so. He also had a bit of a fever. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

This is a wonderful vaccine for those at risk. It's important to follow up with your doctor if you get any serious side effects but don't let that scare you away from getting it.

Seriously, how are people not more aware of this? After treating a Hepatitis-B patient, it's changed my attitude about this vaccine. We should all be getting it.
