Hey everyone, I've just been prescribed Diprolene 0.05% Lotion for my psoriasis. I've tried a few topical treatments in the past, but none have worked as well as I'd hoped. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the more serious ones like allergic reactions or signs of a weak adrenal gland. Has anyone here used Diprolene and what was your experience like? Any tips or warnings to watch out for? Thanks in advance for any advice!

I've heard that some doctors recommend applying a thin layer of Diprolene and then covering it with a moisturizer. This can help reduce some of the skin irritation. If you're struggling with the dryness, that's the way to go.

Be careful with this stuff. I had some pretty bad skin irritation when I first started using it. My doctor warned me about the potential side effects, which helped me stay vigilant.

If you're worried about side effects and want to have your eyes open, I would suggest studying up on signs of Cushing's syndrome. Some of the symptoms can be subtle and if you're applying the lotion to a large area, it is worth learning more.

I've been using Diprolene for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer. My psoriasis has cleared up significantly, and I haven't experienced any major side effects. Just be extra cautious about applying it to sensitive areas and make sure to follow your doctor's instructions. Good luck!

I can't believe that this stuff is so strong it can mess with your adrenal glands. The side effects sound pretty brutal—make sure to keep an eye out for them!

I had a terrible experience with Diprolene. After a few weeks, I started getting hives and itching. I had to stop using it immediately and seek medical help. Not worth the risk, in my opinion. Not everyone has such a bad reaction, though, so consult your doctor

I've used Diprolene before, and the burning sensation was unreal. I had to stop using it. Maybe asking for a lower dose or trying something else might be an option but ask your doctor
