I recently had surgery and was administered Bridion (Sugammadex) to reverse the effects of the muscle relaxants used during the procedure. Overall, it helped me recover my muscle strength and breathing quickly, but I experienced some concerning side effects afterwards. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or knows more about the potential risks. The medication information listed some serious side effects that worried me, especially the allergic reactions and signs of bleeding. Has anyone else had issues like these?

Just had Bridion during my surgery too. Felt fine afterwards, but my doctor mentioned that some people can have issues with abnormal heartbeats. Scary stuff!

I had Bridion and was a bit confused by the list of side effects. I would definitely call your doctor if you notice any of them

Bridion is great for reversing muscle relaxants quickly, but you're right to be concerned about side effects. In some cases, it can cause severe allergic reactions. It's crucial to discuss all risks with your doctor beforehand.

I work in a hospital and have seen a few patients experience skin irritation and flushing after receiving Bridion. Always a good idea to stay vigilant for any unusual symptoms.

Definitely report these side effects to your doctor and to the FDA. More data on side effects helps doctors understand the risks better and treat patients more effectively.

Seriously, this stuff is a lifesaver in the OR, but the side effects list is scary. I remember one patient who had a severe allergic reaction. Definitely something to be aware of.

I had a weird sensation in my mouth and throat after my surgery which was apparently a side effect. Didn't think much of it until I read the side effects list. It was definitely a bit unpleasant.

My doctor explained that the risk of severe side effects is low, but it's still important to be monitored closely after administration. I didn't experience anything serious, but I was kept under observation for a while.
