Be mindful of how your body reacts to the medication. I had this bad reaction that thankfully didn't last long. For me, the medication worked really well in the morning and then I just took an hour nap in the early afternoon and woke up feeling great. The dose I started with was a bit high, which caused some irritability and restlessness, so my doctor adjusted it. I felt so much better after that.
