I've just started taking Arcalyst 220mg Inj for Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS) and I'm looking for advice and experiences from others who have used it. I've read about the possible side effects, but I'm curious to hear from people who have actually gone through this. How was your experience with the injections? Did you have any significant side effects? How did you manage them? Also how has it improved your inflammation and symptoms? Any tips on making the injections easier or less painful?

Any tips on how to minimize the pain at the injection site?

I’ve been on Arcalyst for over a year now and it’s been a game-changer for my recurrent pericarditis. The injections are easy enough once you get the hang of it. Just make sure to rotate your injection sites to avoid any soreness.

The side effects aren't that bad but I do not like injecting. It is painful at times. I've been on it for 8 months, and it's been great for my CAPS. Just be patient and give it time to work.

Side effects are a real issue. This drug has been a real blessing. The injection is a bit uncomfortable, but it is just a little needle.

I felt like an injection to the skin was overwhelming, but I bought small sangria cups and filled them with water. I can grasp the cup by the handles to get used to the injection site.

I've had a great experience with Arcalyst. The side effects were minimal, and it's really helped with my symptoms. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

I had some pretty bad reactions at the injection site, but my doctor gave me some tips on how to minimize it. Also, be careful with infections.

Arcalyst 220mg Inj has made a world of difference for my inflammation levels. I had some numbness and tingling at first, but my doctor assured me it was normal. If you experience any severe symptoms, definitely contact your doctor immediately.
