I've just begun treatment with Darzalex 400mg/20ml Inj, 1 Vial for my multiple myeloma. I'm feeling a mix of hope and fear. The doctor mentioned some serious side effects, and I'm anxious about what to expect. Anyone else out there using Darzalex? What were your experiences? Any tips for managing potential side effects? I'd really appreciate some insights and support as I start this journey.

I'm on my second round and the constant pain in my legs is brutal but I have to stay strong and keep my chin up!!!

Stay strong! I was on Darzalex for a while and the infusion reactions were tough at first, but they got better with each treatment. Make sure to stay hydrated and talk to your doctor about any issues.

This drug has the potential to be a game changer if you can get through the side effects. It's a tough road, but you're not alone, and it's worth it!

Keep a close eye on your calcium levels. I had some pretty severe muscle cramps and spasms, but my doctor was able to manage them with some adjustments. Also, Darzalex can mess with your sugar levels so monitor your diet and stay in touch with your doctor.

I was really scared of the infusion reactions, but my doctor walked me through every step. The pre-medications made a world of difference. And yes, definitely keep an eye on your blood pressure and calcium levels.

I've had some really bad infusion reactions with Darzalex. My doctor gave me pre-medications to help, and it made a big difference. Definitely discuss that with your oncologist.
