I was prescribed Dexbro/pheny 2-10mg Tablets for my allergies, and I've been taking them for a few days now. The medication seems to be helping with my symptoms, but I've been feeling quite dizzy, especially when I stand up suddenly. I've also had some trouble sleeping. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced these side effects and how you managed them? I've read that these side effects can be common, especially with the decongestant part of the medication.

I'm also curious if anyone knows if these side effects will go away with time, or if there are any tips to minimize them. I've been trying to get up slowly and avoid sudden movements, but the dizziness can still be quite noticeable.

And how have you found this medication compared to others you've tried? I've had to try a few different allergy medications and so far this one seems to be working the best, but I would like to hear about other people's experiences.

I had trouble sleeping at first but I changed my intake to the morning and that helped me a lot. I also made the mistake of combining it with other meds and THAT was a real recipe for disaster! Never do that! Be careful - always review pill bottles carefully.

I never really noticed the dizziness but I did get really itchy.

I felt the same way when I started taking it. I found that taking it with food helped a lot with the dizziness.

Dexbro/pheny is a lifesaver for me. I've tried other allergy medications but nothing works as well. The side effects are manageable, and I've gotten used to them.

Dexbro/pheny works great for me but it makes me so sleepy sometimes, I can't function. It's a trade-off for keeping my allergies in check.

I never took Dexbro/pheny but I have had some pretty bad reactions from seemingly innocuous medications. Keep a close eye on how you feel and if anything feels off, talk to your doctor.

I also felt really sleepy when I started taking it, but it went away after a week or so. I don't have any more issues with it. Maybe you need to give it more time before giving up on it. However, it might be worth a call to the doctor to see if they have any advice.
