Just started Diclofenac Sodium 75mg DR Tablets for arthritis. What should I expect?
I've recently been prescribed Diclofenac Sodium 75mg DR Tablets to manage my arthritis pain. I've never taken NSAIDs before so I'm a bit anxious. Has anyone here taken this medication? How long does it typically take to feel the effects? I'm also a bit worried about the side effects, especially the more serious ones. Are these rare or do they happen often? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

NSAIDs can be tough on the stomach. Make sure you're taking it with food and maybe ask your doctor about a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole to prevent ulcers.
I switched to diclofenac after my doctor said my old meds weren't safe for long-term use anymore. I had some weird dreams when I started taking them but other than that I'm fine and I have lower back pain.
I took this once and it gave me the worst heartburn and headache of my life. I couldn't move without feeling pain. But I have a friend that it works for just fine. I guess it's different for everyone.
I've had good luck with Diclofenac. It works well for my inflammation, and I haven't had any serious side effects. I did have some heartburn, but my doctor told me to take it with food and that helped a lot.
Diclofenac is a lifesaver for me. I've had bad arthritis for years, and this is the first thing that's really helped. I wish I could upvote this more for people that need it.
I've been on Diclofenac for a while now. It took about a week to really kick in, but it's been a lifesaver for my knee pain. As for side effects, I've had some mild stomach issues, but nothing too bad. Just take it with food and you should be fine.
I had a really bad reaction to this stuff. I ended up in the ER with some sort of skin reaction. Anyway, be careful and if you notice anything weird, get to a doctor ASAP.
