I recently started Evenity injections for my osteoporosis. I'm post-menopausal and at high risk of breaking bones, so my doctor recommended this treatment. It's given once a month for a year, and I'm curious about others' experiences. What kind of side effects did you encounter? How did you manage them? Any tips for making the injections easier? Thanks for sharing your stories and advice!

Anyone else notice a slight improvement in bone density after a few months? I had a scan recently, and it seems like the medication is working.

I think the key is to stay positive and listen to your body. If something feels off, don’t hesitate to reach out to your doctor.

I started taking calcium supplements along with my Evenity injections. So far, no major issues, just some mild joint pain. I think it’s important to have a balanced diet and stay active.

I’ve heard good things about Evenity, but I’m still a bit nervous about the side effects. I’m trying to focus on the positive: stronger bones and fewer fractures!

I've been on Evenity for 6 months now. The injections were a bit scary at first, but I got used to them. The worst side effect for me was joint pain, but it was manageable with ibuprofen. No major issues so far, knock on wood! The main thing is to make sure to get your calcium intake and stay away from caffeine and alcohol. Also the nurse at my doctor will help you with injections.

I had a friend who had to stop Evenity because of severe jaw pain. It's scary to think about, but it’s important to stay vigilant and report anything unusual to your doctor.
